Didnt know what this should go, so sorry if its in the wrong section.. I have 2 splatmaster guns.  One is a regular splatmaster that looks like the first picture.  The other one looks like the second picture.  What are these worth?  Please give me some accurate price ranges here.  They both work perfectly.  Also what exact models are they??  My friend got them at a yardsale.  I AM NOT TRYING TO SELL THEM. JUST WANT INFORMATION AND HOW MUCH THEY ARE WORTH.

The first one is just a stock Splatty, and the second one is a Rapide. Both look to be in good condition, and could be worth a pretty penny.

For specific info, head over to www.mcarterbrown.com.

The first one, the stock splatmaster, is missing it's barrel band, that decreases the value greatly

The rapide, you may be able to get a bit more out of due to the peripherals.

The 2nd one is a Splatmaster Rapide Comp I believe and should be worth a pretty penny to older gun collectors(myself included, if I weren't constantly broke).

If your Rapide has a bottom-line on it, it can either send the value way up, or way down. Just depends on whether the market is looking for "vintage" stock markers or ones that have everything done to them.

All in all, splatties go for about $20-$50 depending on their condition on e-bay and the rapides go from about $15-$50 depending as well.

As stated, you could probably get $40 for the Splatmaster and $40-50 out of the Rapide, even with the bottom line.

I dunno man, I've seen a Rapide Comp like he has go on eBay for over $100, but I agree it's really all in what the old gun whores (AKA Mcarterbrown ) are looking for at the moment.

I got my four splatmasters from between $5-$35 dollars on ebay. The ones that cost more had the holsters with them. Fun markers though.
