    Posted: 08 April 2007 at 11:01pm

Just got an A5 and I want to use my QLoader on it. Im just looking to NOT mount it where the stock foregrip is. I was looking into the direct feed adapter, but I dont know if this would be too weak. If anyone has any idea on where else to mount it, that would be great. Thanks in advance for any responses.

The direct feed adaptor is not weak at all. Just dont go around bashing the right side of the gun up against rocks, trees, etc and you'll be fine.

I had a Qloader and sold it! Man the hassle of cleaning and god forbid you break a ball while playing (inside the pod). The loading of the pods was a pain as well. But it does what it says ...it can out load any hopper. Well as long as a ball dont break. I was told by some of the techs at Qloader they where working on an auto loader (for reup'n the pods). But it would be at least 50.00 and not out for a bit. But the guy i talkd to the most said to get clear tube'n like the kind in fish tanks but big enuff to fit into your pod crank. Then buy a crappy walmart electronic hopper and put the tube and hopper toghtr...next hook that up to the pod crank. Ductape it...then when you turn on the hopper you wont miss the feeding and cause any ball breakage from missing balls. Then just crank away to fill the pods. (just some trick that i was told of)

jihad i second that all the way, spend the money on a good elctro hopper or in this case all the cyclone upgrades you can.
Canadians do it on top.

I do not own one, but I've played with one several times and had no problems.

i believe theres a kit to mount the qloader on the side of the A5.

someone was talking about it a few weeks ago...

But what do you want a qloader for? you have a cyclone, so if your worried about outshooting it, get the vortex mod, a lightning rod and a QEV for it.

Rap4 has the sniper adapter that bolts the qloader directly to the feed port of the A5.  Even with all the mods to make the cyclone feed faster none of them cut down on the side profile like the qloader with the pod mounted along side the gun.  And even with those mods isn't the max you'll get like 25bps?  I know the rampage board stops at 25bps, but I'd like to be able to feed just a little faster than what the board can shoot.....the other way around ends up too messy :)

I saw the same thing. Im going to order all the things that I need for the same result direct from AIC. The main reason I like the Q is for the low profile. Im going to get the A5-A2 grip from special ops and get as low as I can for prone shots.
