They are a lot smaller and lighter than I had presumed. This would make an excellent back up gun if it had an aftermarket trigger.    |

Not bad. CP makes very nice triggers for Ions.

Yes cp makes very nice decently priced triggers but you have to make sure you install it correctly so that you can get a really smooth pull. Karll I do have to agree with you on the stock trigger it out right sucks and is some what difficult to walk actually. |

Ions do have that wierd feel to them, thats actually good. Its pretty good looking right now. Id say just throw a trigger on it, maybe i reg if you want to get fancy. |

I am sure you will be extremely happy with it. You can't really hate an Ion until you have played with one. They are fast, small, and light. Is it actually new? It would have been nice to go with blue with all your blue parts.

It's not new. I am at least the second owner. I spent about a half an hour on it just now. Fixing leaks and what not. It is air tight right now, finally. The QEV wasn't sealing like it needed to.
Perhaps I will keep this and sell the Timmy and Shocker to get some nice gear and make some cash. |

Jeeze, a "nice backup gun"? How rich are you? I've had my ion for a year and it doesn't have a single upgrade. Anyway, I think it looks great and I might get a new trigger too. I'd like to know what kind you get 'cuz I have no idea which ones are "good". |
