I know this is in the gun tech section, but this is kind of a technical thing.  I have a JT Spectra Flex 8 Full coverage paintball mask, and I'm having a bit of trouble taking the lens off.  And yes, I have read all the instructions and everything.  My problem is I can't seem to take the lens out of the nose part.  I've been able to take it from the top, sides, but now I can't get it from the nose part.  There was a picture in the instruction manual where it showed someone squeezing the nose part to get the mask out, but that doesn't seem to work for me.  Sorry if this doesn't make sense.  If you need me to clarify on anything just ask and I'll do my best.  Thanks in advance!

The lens has two barb like points that point upward. You have to squeeze the rubbery nose area of the mask to disengage the barbs. It may help to gently rock the lens side to side. Usually this will pop one barb loose and the other side then come out easily. Be careful, if you break a point the lens will not stay in place properly, a dangerous situation, and will have to be replaced.

Thanks a lot for the help!  I've managed to get it out, clean it, and put it back in again.

And if you are like I am you then probably had to clean it all over again due to the finger print smears.
