I hate super size me

The guy threw up after the first big mac. He was eatling mostly vegan before that, his body wasen't used to fast food. They obviously knew this would happen and they used it to exagerate what one big mac does to people. He was also physically active beforehand, and basically stopped that during the month. Furthermore, he ate 3 meals per day even though for most, he wasen't even hungry.

I know McDonalds is bad for you but the experiment was done poorly.

and further:

Originally posted by Wikipedia Wikipedia wrote:

The Swedish scientist Fredik Nyström repeated the experiment under laboratory conditions, doubling the amount of calorie intake by fast food for 18 of his students and forbidding them to move. During the experiment, they were being tested regularly, and their protein intake was watched. The results were very different than those in the film: only a fraction of the participants gained over 5kg of weight, and despite the lack of activity, they gained more than 50% of pure muscle mass. Only one participant gained only fat. During psychological tests the participants mainly complained about a permanent feeling of being stuffed and about the desire for activity. They were mainly struggling with the intake of 6,600 calories per day. The study could not show an increase of cholesterol similar to that in the movie. Instead for some participants the "bad" cholesterol decreased while the level of "good" cholesterol increased by 20% on average.

So the students took in 6,600 calories per day, while he only took n 5000 per day. You would assume that these students were average people before starting, further proof that his experiment was flawed.

Other experiments where people chose the healthy meals, they actually lost weight. None of the experiments done properly that i've seen have agreed with supersize me. But correct or not, it sold lots of copies right?

i was racing the clock... there's a bet going on at work with two people because one of em says he can slam 5 big macs in 7 minutes.  I was the guinea pig to see how fast the first one went down... take into consideration, they said go, I had to open the box and get the burger down.  I could probably get it down to less than a minute, but would I really want to?
