I'd really like to get a magazine for my 98 Custom, like you can get for the A-5 (or even the X-7, but that's a reach, I know). Anyone know of any upgrades out there? Thanks in advance. |

Opsgear and SpecOps are your best bets, as linked above.

Well, I'm not a sniper, so the opsgear won't work for me (although it looks really cool). I'm ordering the Engler right now, Panda Man. I couldn't find any mags for the 98 on Spec Ops the other night (and I'm on their site ALL THE TIME). How did you find it? Looks great! Thanks everyone!

Snipers do not exist in paintball.

Kingtiger you are really lame, snipers don't happen in paintball, their just the wussies who are too afraid to move up to the front while the riflemen (like me) go and bust their butts to gain some ground for the team.

actually... I kinda stumbled upon it. It was in a "other favorites" sub category at the bottom when I was looking at an air-thru stock. It's a solid Mag, you'll love it... and with it being Engler you know it's built hella tough. |

OK, next question. (I'll start a new post with this, too, just in case). I'm assuming I'll need a place to put my left hand now, so what do I do for a shroud? I'd like something like an MP5 suppressor (is that the right lingo?). I have a J&J Edge barrel. Thanks again. Edited by Crimsntyd - 30 May 2007 at 9:24am |

Guys, I got the Engler Magwell in the mail yesterday finally. IT DIDN'T FIT. AAAARRGGGHHH! The screw that goes through the front handle hole didn't line up, and the two flanges that surround the screw next to the safety were bent. I sent it back to Spec Ops and got this from www.opsgear.com. I am the KING of mail order returns... Edited by Crimsntyd - 06 June 2007 at 6:58am |

You should have just called TS, the guy who runs Engler. He is a regular on this forum and would probably have helped you out...

Thanks for the info, although I don't know what he could have done. I thought about milling out the receiving hole a little, but then you run the chance that the nut won't cover it completely.
