A-5 help (ASAP please)

   I'm supposed to go out in two days, and I would really appreciate some help.  I borrowed an A-5 from a friend, I'm thinking about buying it, and it is in decent condition.  There is a small cosmetic problem that I'm not real worried about (but it should be good to knock $50 off the price ): there is a little inch by inch portion of the gun that is corroded; should be an easy fix.  Any-who, I hooked up three different tanks (2 of 'em CO2) and I'm pretty sure they were partially full.  The gun acted like ther e wasn't even a tank hooked up to it.  If the tanks aren't empty (I would feel pretty dumb) then could there be a connection problem?  The gun has a drop-forward on it, but it looks like it's hooked up right...I don't know, but if this is a common problem or just one that someone knows about I would appreciate an answer.  Thanks again!

	Before you put the tank on, did you cock the bolt back? After screwing the tank into the ASA, did you hear any gas flowing into the gun? Are you certain the tank(s) had any C02 in them?

	Try putting a little oil in too. Oil works wonders
