98 custom e-grip

i have a 98 custom and i have a few questions about it        1. can i get an e-grip put in (it has slots in the grip)
2. do i need a new bolt or hammer
3. what board should i get in it
4. how much would all this cost

sorry if some stuff is messed up i did this on my psp


as u can see in mylater post iforgot to ask if the gun can shoot w/o batteries

If you have the newer receiver shells then you can pick up the Tippmann bag o parts and the APE board for about $100 I believe. Seems to be well worth it, and it is one of my planned ups for my 98C.

thanks guys and yes sinister it is the newer model ( its serial number is in the millions and it has slots in the grip i think it has 2)

one question i forgot earlier, can i still shoot if i dont have a battery in it

to get the ape rampage thing(i think its a board) do u need to already have an e-grip

srry im kinda new to paintball

No, you absolutely need a battery in an Egrip/Etrigger in order to fire the marker.

Yes, the APE Rampage board is a replacement for an existing board in an Egrip.  You might be able to buy a grip without a board, but that will cost around $30 less than an Egrip.
