As of right now I have:

98 Custom stock, Flatline, Remote air, scope (mainly cosmetic haha)

That works for woodsball but its limited on speed and when i get a break, my down time is high .

What i want to do is mod up my 98 for high rate of fire and less down time if i get an explosion:

1. remove flatline and replace with 8'' stock barrel

2. install response trigger

3. install cyclone feed

Is this a good idea being that we play alot for barrel and city type feilds, and will this work good?

And another thing, as of right now (before upgrade), i get ocasional explosions using the flatline, so i am assuming that upgrading to a response trigger will aggravate this problem but i am also getting a cyclone feed so that may solve my chop problem. what do you think?

you can probly get a cheap electro spyder for the price it will cost to modify your tippmann for speedball but you wont have to spend time swiching your gun around.

You could buy a used Ion, Impulse, Autococker, Promaster, or Freestyle Generation I for that price... of which would be better than the Tippmann for speedball, or woods.

Just a brief comment, you may not be allowed to play with a R/T at some fields, depending on their rules.
