Theres a new Game Face Impulse for $250 at Action Village. Lord help me, I want it. For some stupid reason, as much as I hate SP, I've always liked Imps. Bricks FTW! Anyway, The only reason I'd even consider an Imp over a Promaster, is they have more upgrades, and over an Ion because they are less common, which is a plus for me. The only reason I'd consider an Imp period is I'm looking for a good, cheap, upgradable electro that's new in box. I'm sick and tired of used. It never works out for me. :(

Someone, please. Talk me out of it! Should I just suck it up and grab an Ion? Or should I just try to drive this nonsense out of my head period? I still have my Raced 'cocker, but that won't stop giving me trouble!

I say fix/complete what you have before you buy anything else, because you know that the Imp will become a whole new project whether you intended it to be or not.

You are right. I'm trying to figure if I can wire the "gift" I recieved from you to my Race's 'noid and 4.8v battery. I wonder how difficult it would be to swap harnesses on it?

I said 5VDC on top. 5 volts direct current?

Seems kinda odd when the battery only pumps out 4.8v...

Hey sorry about bumping this post, but i had to ask why is the game face vexor only $35? I know it says its a closeout sale but it says the regular price is $44. Is this gun just a peice of junk? Why is it so low?

Well... it's a spyder clone that doesn't have much upgrade potential... mech trigger, what else could be said?

Imps sucks compared to 03 tixes. You can easily pick those up for $250-350 fully loaded. Trix > Imp

Then again, Imps just suck period. Spend the extra dough and grab a Fusion for $375 if you must buy new.

Where are you seeing these fusions for $375? On Action Village, they only have Hybrid Traitor Fusions, and are $425.

They used to have 'em on eBay for about $365, but they may not anymore.  Anyways, you should stay out of electros IMHO.  Find an MQ valve or something and pair it with the new WGP frame thats supposed to be coming out.  Or, just throw it on the race if possible.

Don't buy an Imp. You know better than that. I'm with warbeak, 03 Trixes(LCDs) are awesome guns that go for cheap and are usually upped very nicely. Do this ONLY if your Race decides to screw you over again.

Thats what you think.  But, at heart, you know you're a gun whore.

Not if my current project follows through. If so, then I'll never have to whore again, as my paintball purpose in life will be complete! And I'll still have the same gun. It's win-win!

Heheheheheh.....

Gun whore domination may be within his grasp.

On a side note, I decided to keep my 'cocker for now.  It didn't sell, and I don't really feel like messing with anything else for now.  In the coming days, I may be trying out pump and getting a Tracer...

Or, ya know, you could get a pump kit for your 'cocker.

I was thinking about that, but I'm concerned with how long it would take.  I need to be able to change within a minute or two back and forth, and an extra marker seems like the way to go.  How long does it normally take?

Well, if you're good at timing the 4-way, then very quickly. Never been able to test it myself though.
