Hint #2...
My wife is at work in an insurance verification office of a major (busy) hospital. She's touch typing almost all day long. I tend to get replies literally a second or two after I've typed something... (Third minor hint being the text its self is nothing earth shattering... Just a typical IM.) |

She was touch-typing and her hands were offset to the left by one key. |
