a) do not double post

b) snipers do not exist

c) you need to specify "bay area". Anyone over the age of 12 should realize that there are more "bay areas" in the world than their locality. Do you mean San Fransisco Bay? Chesapeake Bay? The Great South Bay? or perhaps another bay?

d) this in general is not a good place to try and organize a pb team, try pbnation or actually socializing with your friends and people at your local field.

If I were you, I would play at a field as a walk-on right now especially because you are so new. Get a few friends at the fields and learn tips from them as well. When you've reached the point you should be joining a team, others will notice you and will ask you to be on there team. By the way, I'm guessing you want to be on a woodsball team. Woodsball doesn't really have specific positions just opportunities on the field to advance and stuff. If you want to be on a speedball team, you can't be a "sniper" and a light rifle man. Since you want to be so far back, you will be a backman that speaks a lot and lays down a lot of paint too.

I went to the ION at Skirmish this weekend and they did have snipers out there for that specific event.  I guess they only exist for these type of events only.
