There should be no laws limiting types of sex, unless its extreamly violent  and not consensual. The government has no place saying what can and cant go on in your own personal lovelife

Criminals should be used as cheap labour. Part of their wages should go to pay the guards the other should be paid as restitution to those their crimes have affected.

All judges should be elected by the Population. Here judges are like crips, judges for life so they get a God like Complex and pass the most craziest vertics. If they where held to reelection they would follow the will of the people not their own agendas.

States should regain much of their power back from overloaded, bloated red tape filled goverment agencies. Only Defence, Treasury, Deplomacy and other things that dont pertain to the day to day operation of most states. Such as Education and health Care.

On the Gay Mariage, we have it legal here and it hasnt changed the lives of non Gays. The state didnt become a Gaytopia with San Fransisco Gay pride parades everyday across every neightbood. So if your not gay why should you care. If they want to be micerable and loose half their crap in Divorces like everyone else by all means.

Maybe in western mass there isn't gay pride every day, but on my side of the state I can't walk down the street without seeing **edited** eye for the straight guy at every corner.
