i found a pic of an A5 made to look like a 1919 .30 cal M.G.and was lookin at it and saw that it could only hold 500 rds of paint but that defeats the purpose of an M.G. bc you could just set up there with your normal marker and fire at the enemy from that. so i was thinking about a force fed electric/gas or gravity fed hopper that looked like a box ammo mag that looked like a .30 or .50 cal. ammo box that could hold a whole case of paint.

There's a guy on the spec ops forum who wants to feed 8 A5s with two mailboxes, gravity fed, and carry this whole thing on his person.

Seems that was built over a year ago...think the price has gone down? Honestly that would be one of the coolest things to play against. A team of 5 guys with those things against a group of people with pumps. Last man standing on the pump team wins one of the mage-guns...hey Tippmann, sponsor that! |

my idea for a stationary MG is, the A-5 double-troble kit, a bipod and hoses going from a 5 gallon bucket to the hoppers, could hole maybe 4500 rounds

What, have the buckets on the ground, then have one of those circular vacuums on wheels(I forgot the name, ShopVac?), have the vacuums hose go into the bucket. THEN, cut a hole in the hose, put a piece of VERY holey plastic(like a strainer) on the one side of the hole that is closest to the vacuum. Then you connect the hole to the hopper, and it may work. Break it down- Hose's suction gets the balls up flying towards the gun, rolls off the curved strainer part, and falls into the gun's feedneck. Anyone understand me?
