oversleeping does suck. it gives me really bad headaches. 7 hours is perfect. anything over that and i get headaches.

On sunday night I went to a gig with work the next morning at 9am. Well, unfortunately the chemicals don't exactly stop working once the gig is over. I went to work without getting a wink of sleep but it didn't even affect my ability (I have a brainless summer job). Afterwards I went out with some friends and was up til 4 am the next day. If I did the math right, that 44 hours up, followed by a 4 hour sleep, followed by another full day.
