Don't be hatin'. Everyone that hates Ions usually doesn't have a reason. Just because everyone has them and they actually do shoot very good for the price doesn't mean they are worthy of the hate they have. I have a Ion with all necessary upgrades; bolt, QEV, feedneck, trigger, Pipe kit, etc. and it shoots just as good if not better as the Evil Pimp I just got. And if you do have a good reason, then I take back everything I just typed.

Dont really hate... but strongly dislike i guess you could say... im a Cocker and Timmy lover... just a preference really...

but still... every person ive seen, at my local fields, is some noob kid that thinks he's the best thing ever cuz his parents bought him the "most awesome cool new gun there ever was"

and then the black heart board has certain cheater modes on it which is why most people get them.. when the stock board is just fine.

Every board has these "cheater modes" you're describing.

Your Intimidator for example, uses the Frenzy board, which can be programmed into "cheater mode."  The stock Ion board is a joke, the Rebound mode is horrible.

i always hated ions, after my two broke within the course of 2 months.  i must say tho, that is a pretty nice one there

Most gun problems are user error, unless your gun is absolutely garbage, like the Shocker.

Bland's Ion is actually pretty nice, he tried to shoot me with it once.

Ions shoot great. The whole thing stays together rather well. Mine is always shooting ropes and then people think I am ramping. I got the stock board in it and only use semi. All other modes are for losers. Anyways, I don't want to be shooting more than I already am.

Cam, the Shocker isn't garbage if you know how to take care of it. Some people just aren't dedicated enough to keeping to running and clean so that it runs as it should.

but the black heart is THE cheater board that everyone gets... why use rebound... very few if any tournaments allow it... besides who uses rebound anyway... i can shoot 19bps Semi no bounce

annd my Intimidator uses a W.A.S. ... not a frenzy
