For around US$140.00, what wold you suggest; the ICD promaster or the WGP superstock. Any other alternatives in this price range? Or is the SP ion for US$200.00 the better choice? |

With the Ion you're paying extra for parts availability in this case.

Do you have HPA and a nice hopper?

I say no on the Ion.
Promaster if you want something that is pretty much ready to go with little upgrade-ability. WGP if you want a marker that you can turn into a beast in no time. HPA and a minimum of a 15bps hopper are needed for any of these markers btw. |

Check pbnation and ebay for those markers. You can find extremely upped Ions for under $150 that have everything needed upgraded and a barrel kit.

My main concern is parts availability, followed by function and practicality. Its hard enough finding upgrades for my A5, so i would like something that needs little upgrading. I found a range relatively close to me (80 km away) that has a compressor.

ICD and WGP electros are ready to go right out of the box. No upgrades will really be needed, especially on the pro-masters from ICD.
