well i just bought a phantom and am going to be playing pump for the very 1st time this weekend. im going to probably either use the 15 shot tube or a 45 round hopper, and 12 grams because my tank isnt in yet. i know im going to play poorly so is there any advice that could help me out? my friend loaned my his pistol as well, just in case i need a little extra fire power(very little).

be just as aggressive or more, aim, and dont forget to rock when you cock.

o most important playing pump is about fun play hard but have fun.

Go out and have a good time. Pump play is a challenge, so don't get discouraged when you're out gunned...all the time. Like merc said, rock when you cock--you don't want to shoot blanks. Keeping track of your shots goes along with that. Take the time to line up your shots (make 'em count!)

i got anhialated and lit up by very agresive and trigger happy speedballers, but at the end of the day i switched to my cocker and ate them and had other people running from me, so not entirely a bad day.

I remember when I first played pump. I had my first pump Rainmaker. One kid actually asked, "So you have to cock that thing after every shot?" I'm like, "Yeah." His response, "That sucks, man." Me: "..."

Turns out everyone on the field kind of ignored me, thinking I wasn't much to contend with. I made the 50 off break, by some miracle, and quickly proved them wrong.

I love that.  Im usually the bigger/slower kid on the team(im slimming down though), and I ALWAYS try to get to the 50 or as far as possible.  I almost always make it too.
