poor dog. That cop needs to lose his job. I'm tired of the police taking less than "appropriate measures".

Can the cop do that? It sounds like the cop had no reason at all to kill that
dog. I have had a cop come to my house twice for my dog being out in the neighborhood. The officer simply brought her back to the house and asked us to keep a better eye on her (she wasn't doing anything wrong). And those wounds are huge! I'm surprised he survived. |
