word of advice

so yea, i know some of you here are more seasoned drinkers than i am. figured i'd toss in some advice anyway for anyone who wants it. turn your phone off when you drink...lets just say last night was interesting.

i dont even remember calling the person, but apparently i'm engaged.

My sister will sometimes call me at 2 in the morning when she is drunk. I tell her about it and she doesn't recall calling me.

there's really no story...i was hanging out with my brother in law, had a few beers, got back to my dorm cause he was going to a holiday party...had more to drink, and i remember calling the girl and singing and stuff, but thats about it...i remember her hanging up and me realizing it ten minutes later, then i apparently called her friend (dont even remember calling her) where i proclaimed my love for the girl i was originally on the phone with and said that i loved her and wanted to marry her...

then when i came to it was about midnight so i went to my friends room where we drank some more and then i bailed around 2, woke up at six to my phone going off and i got texts saying, "so you're engaged?" and "grats!"

so i had to try and explain to the girl i was drunk and i dont remember what the hell happened, and she sounded disappointed. i feel kind of bad, but people should know not to take the word of a drunken idiot.

-edit-while we were in my friends room public safety came bc of the noise we were making, just music...he was pretty cool about it, didnt gig us for all the beer in there just told us to keep it down. my friend is in a wheel chair and he tried closing the door on the guy bc he was wasted, and the guy called him on it so my friend said "im in a chair man my leg gave out"

LoL.

Drunk texts are a lot more dangerous.  You don't have be nearly as coherent to do damage that way.  Once you get to a point, no one can understand you speaking on the phone, but a text...
