Hi all. I just purchased a slightly used C-3. I got myself familier with the marker, took apart, cleaned up, cleaned spark plug and set it up. The first time I played with it I enjoyed it. I did not replace the battery as per I assumed it was ok because of the sparker noise I heard. I shot 100 rounds or so and noticed the spark slowing down so I replaced the battery and I got a much better response. At the end of the day the trigger seemed to be sticking. The dipper switch or contact was staying on and the spark plug was "sparking" till I played with the trigger and then stopped. I assumed it was the battery going dead.(I have only used this gun 2 times and still getting familier with it) I replaced the battery and went out again the following weekend. Again the trigger was sticking after an hour or so of play.  It is not the dipper switch nor the trigger. I have been playing in 25 degree weather as I am from the north and I am assuming something is up due to the weather. When at home, the marker works fine in room temp.

Does anyone out here have the same problem? are these markers picky about temp outside? any ideas?

Winter ball is a huge problem up here with markers that work, hense why I have the C-3.

Any ideas?

Try to call Tippmann Custumer Servive. Seems that there might be a problem with the trigger system.

Ditto.  Some of the C-3's had electrical issues.  If that is the case, there is a quick fix from Tippmann.
