I'm sure it will just land in the ocean seeing as how it takes up the majority of the earth's surface.

If it is actually "falling" out of orbit, where else would it land?

They weren't exactly meant to stay up there forever, I am sure someone at nasa will do a bunch of smart person stuff and zap it out of the sky or something.

Nothing will stay up there forever, even the moon is slowly getting closer to Earth.  After March 2002 all telecommunications satellites with limited life spans were required to be able to transfer to a supersynchronous orbit at the end of their life span.  This orbit is at least 235km higher than a geosynchronous, which is 35,786km.  Those satellites will be up there for a while.

Yeah, that's totally the most likely scenario.

Au contraire.

There are about half a dozen places in NY that I'd LOVE for it to land on.

Pezzer, I hope for your sake you act a bit different in person than you do online, but for some reason I don't see that as being so.

Yeah, because it's absolutely not traveling at multiple times the speed of sound at a perpendicular angle to the missile's path.... By the time it enters the atmosphere and starts it's descent, a jet-fired AAM isn't going to be able to track it and hit the target before the target hits the ground. SAM would be more appropriate given the trajectory.
