no one makes any after market bolts for the superbolt. being that i dont want to drill the block i decided to make one. not perfect but it will work fine.

its not finished yet. i dont have any work holding devices for my drill press and trying to drill it out while holding it with my hand almost turned out bad.

1st, turn down the stock.

2nd, forget to take more pictures

3rd have a bolt with a finished od and length. forgive the rough grooves and tapers.

tucked into gun.

not really. the only real problem was on the taper. the handles arent really smooth and are to close to each other.

il clean up the grooves a bit.

next weekend im making 75-125 cocker valve tools. so i wanted to get it running and work out any kinks i found.

my boss wont let me use any machines at work but he gave me the delrin. the body is a psycoballistics superbolt.

the lathe i have now is a 7x12 lathe. its VERY hard to use. i would recomend getting one that is big enough to slide 1" stock through the chuck. i can only get about 5/8" stock through the chuck. so everything i make i need to face with a lathe center in and then file off, drill out, or with this i steadied it with my hand it faced it while it was hanging way out of the machine (WICKED dangerous and almost lost it twice)
