I am curious to hear from people who have had experience either personal or professional with the performance or the A5 Low Pressure Kit. Is it an option worth considering (does it live up to its hype?), or is it a waste of time and money? I am looking to give my gun more efficiency and reliability in the air usage and shot performance. Thanks for the input. I have an A5 with:

  • HPA 68/4500
  • remote line
  • JJ Ceramic barrel ($30-go me)
  • stock internals
  • still semi-auto

Honestly I am not a fan of it.  I havent used one personally but a few people I know bought them and were not too happy with it.  If you just have a good reg on the tank you should be fine.  Thats my opinion at least.

A lot of people buy it for air efficiency and others to lessen recoil.  In my opinion it is far too expen$ive for whatever benefits it gives the end user.

The LPK does NOT improve air efficiency.  It does not improve air efficiency.

There are some consistency benefits, but they are relatively minor in my experience, and you can get some/most of those benefits by just adding a regulator.

The main effects of the LPK are reduced recoil and reduced noise.  The reduced noise is a bit of a bummer, but the reduced recoil is very nice when unloading with the RT.  The LPK also makes field stripping more difficult, since it makes it less convenient to remove the tombstone.

There is generally no "need" for the LPK, and the main reason to get it is if you (like me) just can't help but strapping on every darn thing to your gun.

its not worth it. waste of money with same result as HPA.  If you can't handle recoil then buy a new marker.

Thanks for the input. I don't have a problem with the recoil, I love the marker. I was just wanting to give my marker more efficiency, which inturn will give me a leg up on the common player. I appreciate the honest input. Thanks again.
