I just got my Alpha Black earlier today. Because me and my friends is going to paintball tomorrow, I get right it ~ suit it up in 2 hours.

This is a quick customize to give the Alpha Black the ability to add more accessories on it just like the X7 or RAP4-T68.

Basically I drill a few holes and add 2 rails on the carry/sight post and another rail along the grip. From here, I can add anything on those rails, from scope to flashlight. Cheap, simple and quick to get as intimidating as the X7 or RAP4

As much respect I have for the US Army logo, I am all about the Marines so that logo must go. Plus it look less like a toy without it.

There are a few people think that in order to enjoy paintball games, you need a very expensive gun and all ~ but I think this Alpha Black plus some craftsmanship is all I ever need to kick ass.

Sure it is probably one of the cheapest gun available and it does not came with all those rails to add more accessories ~ but I rather put in an hour or two to save a at least $200 bucks (compare to other similar models).

Can't wait to test it out for the first time tomorrow.

Looks cool with what you did with it, but im not a fan of the look of the marker itself. Looks like a safety scissors verision of an m4.

you can get rails here

http://www.specialopspaintball.com/shop/category.asp?CAT=108 203

Everything on the the specialops site above is alittle more expensive compaire to other website, but they have rails and other sites doesn't. I got mine from ebay for much cheaper.

You can pick up weaver rails at sporting goods stores as well.  (As long as you don't mind having to be a little creative in some cases because they are designed for certain specific rifles.)

Really nice job dude. It is pretty much the way I was intending to mod mine. Except that I will be adding a mounting rail on the carrying handle plus a red dot.

Did you had a hard time fixing the picatinny rail that you put under the handguard shroud? Did the holes in the rail was matching the holes in the shroud or you had to drill some more to make it fit?

Honestly, I truely think that less is better. The more your gun have on it, the heavier it get and harder for you to move around durring a real paintball game.

All the add on is good to take picture with =D

In real-life paintball game, I take out the butt stock and only have the lazer attached. The butt stock make it hard to aim when the gogle is on.

Speaking of butt stock, I lost mine in the feld. I don't want to pay $50 for the tatical kit if all I want is a butt stock replacement.

I was thinking of buying the butt stock for 98 custom, can someone confirm that it will fit the alpha black?
