O k so When I disassembled my pro carbine I took the upper internals out through the front, I did this because I didn't know how, and it came out the front easier than they would have gone out the back. Will this damage my gun, am i screwed?

What 'upper internals'? The front bolt will come out the front. Thats it. Its physically impossible to pull anything else out the front unless you put it in a 3-ton arbor press.
