No it won't be a problem. Look around for someone that will sell you the two as a set with the required T fitting. You will need it to have both. Some stores try to rip you off and charge $20 for the "kit" when it is a cheap fitting.

My brother has a Q loader that he uses for his 98C and T9 and has mixed feelings about it. When it is working, it is great, but he seems to have a lot of issues with it. A cheaper and IMO easier solution is the Cyclone. Consider the cost as well. If I am not mistaken the advertised price for the Q loader doesnt include the mounting hardware which will run you a fair amount.

i suggest also getting a stock and remote line only if you have a vest that holds your co2/hpa tank.

and for your question no it wont. I'm looking to buy  a cyclone feeder for my 98 custom this summer

Th qloader is nice when its working.  You are, however, limited on what you can use since you have to get alot of their pods (each of which only hold 100 rounds), you have to pay a good amount for the system and the mounting system, and then the pain of reloading the q loader.  if you miss one ball you have to start over, and if one breaks in the tube you have to disassemble it completely to clean it out.  As for skipping, yes a feeder of almost any kind can skip but it is unlikely especially with the cyclcone.  even if you do skip once the next shot will have a ball and you will keep on going.  With a 98 the only way to really get a hopper to feed its best (electro hopper not cyclone) is to centerfeed it imo.  Otherwise the turn in the elbow can slow down the feeds.  It all comes down to prefference and what you really want.

Um..... maybe we shouldn't answer questions after drinking heavily.

I can't really say anything about the Flatline, since I've never used one.  But I just got a cyclone feed yesterday.

It is awesome.  I put my 98c w/ ACT and e-trigger on full auto and shot about 300 balls through it on full auto and only skipped once.  About 300 to 1 seems like good odds to me.

I haven't gotten to use the CF in a game yet, but I will soon. I can't wait to see how it holds up during play.

Good luck with your mods dude.
