I think the pornography industry would be a good place to impose higher taxes to help the budget deficit, but 25% is pretty insane.

It hasn't happened yet... so this is a story about a proposal that won't get passed. Our state's government has been coming out with a whole bunch of wild ideas to fix our budget. Some, like this one, just won't happen. At least not that high of a tax.
