This is ma tippy. got response trigger, q-loaded, and usually ran on hpa. I think EVERYONE should get this red-dot sight. Got it from wally world for like 30 bucks. the first couple games, i shot 2 or three plp with one ball to the face no problem. if you tune the sight in, its amazing how accurate this gun is. But, I was wondering... is there any way to mount the apex tip on a non apex barrel?.... o and is it a good idea to do so, cuz i heard the stock apex barrel aint too good...

Theres a tape mod to mount the apex on non-apex barrels. Just search around for it on google, its not hard to find. I just put my apex on my 12 inch J&J, but I can't comment on any improvement in accuracy yet because I haven't played with it yet.

sweet, well let me know how that goes... im wanting to keep the accuracy i get with this barrel and just add the capability of the apex to it.

Lapco makes a big shot barrel with an apex ready tip. Also smartparts makes an all american front with a apex ready tip as well. I haven't used either but I'm sure it would be better then the barrel it comes with.

i know J&J was selling ceramic barrels with apex tips.
