Here it is my baby. It's got a 14inch JJ ceramic barrel, 4x mildot scope, opsgear sopmod surpressor, ncstar heavy duty bi pod, weaver riser mount, Special Ops foregrip and rifle stock, Palmer's Male regulator (custom converted to steel braided inline mutant) . I used the asa adapter from my remote line and ran it to my male palmer's i then attached the steal hoses again and mounted the reg on the side of my stock with black zip ties gauge facing up thats right. I am the first one to ever do this to my knowledge. I basically converted a vertical male regulator to mount to the side of my gun using only a remote line asa adapter and an extra steel hose. I didnt want to run a remote line i prefer to have the tank attached on my gun. I shaped the lines so that my hand fits perfectly on the trigger so yet my hand is comfortable.

So what ya guys think? Edit/Delete Message

There's a part of me that likes it....a lot. It looks really good.
There's another part of me that doesn't care for it due to the impracticality of such things as the bipod and scope.

All in all, well done, it does look great, but I couldn't see myself using it.

nice looking gun you got there. oh fyi, put a 90* fitting on there to get rid of the loop near the trigger.

Actually, I like what you did with the reg, a lot. Its creative, and I've never seen it before. Ignore the 'ghetto' claims, and bask in the glory of an original idea.

Agree.

The side-mount really ruins the milsim look for me.

cool set-up.  I like how you mounted the gauge so you can look at it easy.  I do the same thing.

It is "ghetto."  However, I have never seen anything wrong with ghetto-markers so if it works, then it doesn't matter.  (Plus, I've got a couple of monstrosities setting around here that can out-ghetto anything I've seen on the forum thus far.)

Nice marker you have there but I'm torn on the regulator.  I don't see any other way off the top of my head to do what you're trying to do other than how you did it.  I don't think they make a ASA adaptor that would allow you to mount a female reg under the grip and since you don't want to run remote...how's the room INSIDE your stock?  Might be something to think about in the future to somehow get the regulator mounted in the stock.

Also think that unless you are using that scope only for scouting work to think about going with a red dot.  Even though you have a mil-dot in that scope magnafied optics severly hinder your game by limiting your field of view.  There are some red dot sites out there that look like scopes but do not magnify.  These will preserve your look but will be far more useful.  Other than that nice work.
