Ok im going to buy my first autococker. I was looking on action village and found 2 identical guns. Autococker Trilogy SF Competition Autococker Trilogy SF Tactical Is there anny difference? They look different but is there a difference in the features? Im on a tight budget and these are the only ones i can afford. |

Basically, all Trilly's are the same, so it's just what you want. A more "tactical" version, or a more, well, not "tactical" version.

IMO if you want an AC don't get a Trilogy.

So, uh, someone explain to me why Trilly's aren't 'cockers.

I'd call ANSgear and ask them if they are aware of any straggler n.i.b AC's that they know of. Super nice people there. Or buy used as stated above.

You can get really good deals on used autocockers just about
everywhere. I'd go with a true WGP cocker, because they are a staple
in the autococker world. Their quality is exceptional.
Look for an '04 prostock or something of that sort. You won't be disappointed. |

Technically, Autococker is a trademark oriented to WGP. Ever since they sold out to KP, the products aren't considered true cockers. In a lot of devout followers of the AC revolution, the only true cockers are either A. WGP, or B. Custom built. However, Trilogys are, by definition, an autococker. They just don't have that nice little front block and messy bundle of pneumatics that people like... Plus, aren't nearly as customizable last time I checked. |

I love the trilly. I have a full mech one and I am actually quite impressed with it. it is simple design, accurate, and just as good as any other cocer in my opinion. had these SF models been out at this price when i went to buy mine i would have bought one of these too.

Dont waste your money on a trilogy. Just lurk on PBN and pick up a good used classic cocker for tons cheaper and tons better.
