well since my last cocker got sold (more like traded it in for a elec), this one what can i say, i love the design, this time i kinda experimented with it a bit.. i try'd to file down the wgp oval logo imprint as much as i can. better angle? for some reason my camrea cant capture the shine, i have modified the back block a little bit. july 26 outside (weather is nice rain'd all week, boo)
August 02 - Update, just a small one (clk teh pik's) I have rounded the ribs a little, now they look much better (well i think so anyways). ------------------------------------------------------------ Inline Reg: Chrome CP Reg. last time i used a cutting disk for a angle grinder, well i broke the blade cutting a old cast iron pipe, so this time the weapons of choice are dremal, file, hacksaw, pliers and a flathead screw driver. 2 hours on the outside getting rid of the wgp oval and polishing the back befor cutting the ribs (dremal), 1 hour of cutting (hacksaw), 10 mins of breaking off the tabs from hacksaw (pliers and screw driver) and 5 hours of filing. had nothing else to do, so it kept me busy for the day. so i guess the total time i spent working on it is about 8 hours. Isn't it pretty much the same thing as half blocking (as in how it works) just without completely taking of the back? I think its just a new bolt and the slots for halfblocking. |
