Macroline fitting too large

   I have just bought a macroline and 90° fitting in a shop and a straight fitting in an other shop. It seems that only with the straight fitting, the line is not tight enough and i can remove it from the fitting without pushing the ring.

I did not know different kind of macroline diameter exist (i am not confusing with microline).

I fear it will cause a leak :(

	"macro" and "micro" fittings are industrial pneumatic fittings that have been selected as a standard for paintball. check out clippard or www.mcmastercarr.com for some new hose or fittings. just make sure the pneus are rated for the pressure your going to be running. you may have gotten a metric or standard fitting with a hose of a slightly different size. 	Does it means i can use such a fitting even if the line is not tight enough?

	you can try it but be careful. it may pop out and spray hpa/co2. or look for a different pneumatic hose. some times english and metric fittings are close enough that they work some times they arnt.

	Ok thank you. I have bought on the same store this time, a 90° fitting, a straight one and a macroline. There is something strange with the line, the inner diameter is very thin! Look at the pictures (sorry for the quality)! The first line's inner diameter is large : The second line's inner diameter is thin : Is it normal? Will it provide enough air to my tippy? 	The line and the fittings are called "Macroflex" on the shop website. Do you know this brand?

	Hello. The first macroline is for LOW PRESSURE AIR only and the second macroline is for HIGH pressure air only. Do not use a low pressure line with high pressure air or it will crack. Don't use a high pressure line with low pressure or you won't get enough flow. Stock Tippmanns are all high pressure (850 psi).
