ok so new to this forum, i have a small question and if its posted in the
wrong spot sorry in advance.
i want a r/t but when i went to a local shop the lady told me that they dont
stock them because when the marker runs low on pressure it dosent work
right. now this can be true but the cyclone feed dosent work either at low
pressure. then she tried to sell me the e trigger.

so the question is will the marker get approx the same number of shots with
the r/t as it does now?
sorry for the long post thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum.

In my experience, the RT starts getting gimpy before the Cyclone gives out, but you are pretty darn close to being out of air before either stops working.  It also depends to some extent on whether you are using air or CO2, whether you have a regulator, etc.

Of course, when the RT stops working you can still shoot.  It's just that your ROF will drop.  Not a big deal.  The gun will continue to work fine.

That is not a good reason to avoid the RT.  Your shop is full of it.

like Akhmed said when your cyclone and r/t stop working your real close to running out of air. with the combination of them sometimes it can happen a little bit sooner as the pressure starts to drop. because they both run off of blowback gas, and without the r/t the cyclone gets all the blowback pressure, but with the r/t the pressure has to be used to make both of them work. i'm pretty sure that they sell the new r/t's with 1/8" air lines, but upgrading the lines for the cyclone and the cyclone both to 1/8" lines will prevent that from happening as soon, and can boost your ROF.

Not hard at all, its really very easy.

All ya have to do is turn a small screw a lil bit at a time.

I've got my R/T clocked at 16 BPS. I never use it that high usually only 6 or 7 BPS.

You'll like it.
