I'm a big tea drinker, southern tea that is (sweet and iced). I was bored in the dorm and experimented and made english style tea.
For 3 quarts I brewed: 3/4 Milk 1/4 Water 10 tea bags 1 cup of sugar It tastes nasty when cold, but it is amazing hot. |

Real tea doesn't come in bags. Quality ground tea in a pot, strain into cup, add milk and sugar (or condensed milk), and voila - wonderful. |
