Well, I kinda binged. For this one, I might have to sell the Orracle kit amongst some other things before I even get a chance to use it...

Anyway, I'll be waiting until I can get the funds. He's holding it for me pending complete payment. Naturally, I'd like that to be ASAP.

Okay, since I can't let everyone stay in the dark, this is a Palmer's Pursuit Shop Hurricane, serial number P1786. New, this thing would cost you $1100 (and they still do make them new, if you provide the stock and trigger group [which is quite hard to find]). If you had your old Sheridan KP converted, they would still cost you $825.

What is it though? It's basically a KP-2 DF or a KP-3 (old 1980's brass pump rifle that is quite rare) that has been converted into a semi-automatic at PPS. This one is a converted KP*, so it's got quite the rich history. Basically, they are expensive, rare and rather hard to get ahold of. I've been wanting one for a while.

*My KP wasn't converted. I had to sell it to fund this.

PS: Sinister, no WWA kits will be going on this one.

BTW, pump kits DO fit on them. PPS pump kits. :)

I'll probably get one soon enough (need to actually get the Hurc first...), but doesn't putting a pump kit on it kind of defeat the purpose of owning a semi-auto converted KP?

On that note, Styro and Carl, the one marker I've sworn to never sell is my pump Rainmaker. Aside from that, I'm still looking for "my" gun. :)
