The new A5 E-Grip

   I've tried the search feature, but have come up with nothing. Either I'm a living epic fail at the search feature, or no one's asked this before in this section.

Now, the new E-Grip for the A5, one with the selector switch (X7 styled), claims to be "weatherproof". 
Now, with my experience with anything that was "insert-damaging-verb-here proof" (ex. waterproof watch) was not so much invulnerable, but rather, "insert-damaging-verb-here resistant"(ex. water-resistant watch, or better: foggy and moist clockwork). 

I have seen many products live up to its name, and others fail to prove themselves.

I have to ask the burning question. How "weatherproof" is this new E-Grip?

All your help is greatly appreciated. Even if it means proving that i'm an epic fail.

	well if its as good as the older style then you should have no worries. I have the WAS board on mine and that is only resistant i believe but i have played in snow, rain, sleet, you name it, and it hasn't missed a beat. These products tend to live up to their name. If I am wrong I am sorry but that is my experience with what I have used so far.

	I have used them in the rain on the X-7 so I see no issues here.
