One of my friends said that when he screws in his CO2, it sprays everywhere, no matter how tight he screws it in. I said i'd take a look at it for him because im pretty sure i can figure it out, but i figured i might as well get ideas from other people as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Probably a blown tank o-ring. Replace the o-ring.
