Everyone should post up their resolution for this year. I know lots don't keep their resolutions throughout the year, they might grow tired of it after a week or even go back to what they had before. Anywho mine's 1440x900.

I think I may have gotten carried away, but oh well. I've never been good at following my resolutions, so this year it's "kick my own butt time"

1) get in better shape--go from 185+ to 155 or less.
2) ride 100 miles in a single workout
3) average over 16 mph or better on all rides from now on
4) attempt a triathalon (800m swim, 12 mile bike, 3.1 mile run)
5) start playing paintball weekly like i used to
I do it fast, slow, hard, and easy. I sometimes even do it in the woods. Yeah, I'm a runner.

Start being more social and drop my 5k to a 17:00-17:30 so colleges will start noticing me and I can go to states again.
