Not sure really, which forum to post this in, so, I will post these questions, in this one (as well as the newbie forum).
Hello all. After lurking around this, and, other forums for awhile, I finally decided to pick up a new Alpha Black Tactical. I still need a hopper, and tank. Couple of quick questions: First, what kind of hopper should I look at? I don't need/want anything to hardcore or fancy. Something relatively simple should do. Also, any advice on what kind/brand/size of tank to get? Not sure if I want to get a tank, then, use a remote line. (Not even sure HOW to use a remote line. I am pretty new to all this). Any and ALL advice, would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks! |

Post questions in one forum only please. (In this case newbie forum would have been fine.)

for your tank you just have to buy a 12oz not a 9oz. and if you want the remote line you will have to buy a jacket to put your tank in. But i have the Alpha black Camo and i just fit the tank on the gun and it work ok but its a bit heavy. And be sure to put a o-ring in the gun hole so if your o-ring break on your tank you wont lose all your co2. And for your Hopper the regular 1 is ok. Ive shot 600 bullets and none have popped. Well i think thats it so i wich it help you... and by the way sorry for my english but im french so im sure you understand. have a nice day |

^^^ First off, dont waste your money on a 12oz, you will regret it. Just go for the 20, youll get way more shots. Secondly, see if you can try a remote. I hated it, try not wasting money in paintball, you can play more that way.

I have found that my CO2 tank was not close to being as efficient as an air tank. I would recammend the remote because this marker is heavy.

Hey there as for the Alpha Black well i have had mine for 2 + months and i have the flatline highly recommended and i use the 20 ounce co2 tank with the remote line. The marker is to heavy for the tank to be on the marker so would use the remote..as for the hopper it depends on if you have the e-grip or not if you don't then a regular gravity feed hopper works well, mine has the e-grip so the cyclone feed works awesome and you cant use a red dot with a regular hopper because the hopper gets in the way of the dot
