For a 98c pro platinum, I see guys have guns where they move their hopper so its not directly above the gun but off to the side so they can see straight down the barrel of their marker and use a sight. I want to do this but i dont know what parts i need. Right now i just have the stock everything that comes with the pro platinum (just the gravity fed hopper). I don't have a lot of money to spend on this, but i dont know how much it would cost.

My Questions: How do i do this? What parts do i need? What is the approximate cost? [Hopefully not too expensive :) ]

Thanks Guys

Okay, I'm confused.  Tippmanns are already right-hand feed.  If you want to move the hopper over farther to the right you could use something similar to this:

ya sorry, but that looks exactly like what i was thinking about, is it worth moving it farther to the right?
What exactly is this part called to cause then i can search around and see the prices for myself.

It's called a Lapco Direct Feed.  I had one on a mil-simmed 98 I had several years ago and did not like it at all because the balls kept jamming up inside it and refusing to feed.  You should be able to use the stock sights without adding anything so I am still a bit confused.  Do you have other modifications on your marker?

just a different barrel, but here i think this will make it less confusing. I wanted  to change my gravity fed hopper to a motorized loader and someone told me that i had to move it farther to the right with some part in order to do this and put a sight on. I'm new to paintball so im not sure if this is what i have to do or not, but thats y i wanted to move it farther to the right.

Just about any motorized hopper should fit.  Some will interfere with an after-market sight and some wont.  I know from experience that the cheaper Ricochets and the VL Revolutions work fine with most sights.  (The VL has to be turned slightly to accommodate larger sights.

You can also look into a Cyclone feeder with an X7 hopper.
