Hey everyone.  I just recently received an Alpha Black and was wondering if there was any lube or oil that I need to apply to the gun itself before I use it.  Also what kind of remote lines are great for this gun?  Thank you for your time!

Hoppes #9 gun oil works well as does oil intended for use in air tools. Most paintball gun shops also carry oil, and I think I have even seen it at Walmart. Whatever you do, do not use WD40!

Not only that, do not use anything that is Petroleum Based.

A for the Remote Line, it doesnt matter which brand you choose, they all work the same, and the only difference is the Brand Name and the Price Tag.

I would recommend the Ninja remote because it is cheap.

I use the same oil on my deer rifle as I do my 98.

Make sure if you do get a remote, to get one with a slide check. This allow you to stop the air flow without having to screw in the knob everytime. Especially helpful if you intend on putting the tank on your back.
