Perhaps a stupid question, but when someone is doing things like this in MS paint, are they using a regular mouse, trackball or some sort of stylus pad ? I goof around every once in awhile, and my stuff ends up looking like a drunken monkey drew it. I can't get clean lines like that...

When I do something like this in MS Paint, I just use the cut and paste method.
