   So I was up at the college doing paperwork related to graduation and started reading a pamphlet while waiting.  It was entitled Preventing Workplace Violence.  The most interesting section was titled "Early Signs of Hostile Behavior" and covered "'pre-violent' behaviors" related to "'anxiety' and 'defensiveness.'"  

They were cool and allowed me to bring a copy home.  I'm planning on memorizing the aforementioned section; it's like a primer of how to behave in government offices when bored with waiting around.
