I really need to get on the whole xbox live thing... Not much to do today and I've been playing both one and 2 alot recently.
I cant get past the 3flip to crook grind with big black in the first one. Its killing me how many times I've nailed 3 to nose but no crook. I wish there were cheats to unlock every location, I probably would never actually play the game mode. |

ya choop, I used to play a ton of tony hawk, 1, 2, 3 and then underground, but stopped after that. I loved skate 1, but only ever rented it. I am pretty interested in 3. Is it worth the extra 40 bucks for skate 3 or should I just get skate 2.

Get the demo, decide for yourself. Besides, skate 2 should get cheaper (and more used copies) when skate 3 drops next month, so really COULD get both. Theres a ton of new stuff in skate 3, go to their website and watch their videos.

Theres a crappy bowl-type thing if you do the first Coach Frank tutorial (the downhill run) and quit the challenge while you're in it. It will let you keep going and at the end of the run theres some semi-vert. You can also keep sessioning the gap ramp for the waypoint marker one. I agree though, I'm quite dissapointed in where the demo is located, I mean they should include a taste of each style in a demo, thats the point. |
