It was amazing, other than the retarded 3 hours of opening acts that consisted of, to the best of my knowledge, random guys doing rap karaoke over a CD.  People were pretty tolerant of it for te first hour and a half, then we just started booing them off the stage.  It was supposed to start at 6, Snoop didn't come out until after 9.

As for the guy in the green, probably just a bro.  It was put on by a frat.
