i just bought a new tippmann 98 custom the other day and it doesnt work. the gun fires several times with one pull of the trigger and doesnt even shoot a ball. can any1 plz help me?

Yes. I just got it filled but when i pull back the lever  and press the trigger once the co2 keeps comming out as if i keep pressing the trigger. But im not.

Did you buy it from a pro shop or a department store? is it leaking from the barrel?

i got it new at dick's. nothing is comming out of the barrel exept some co2 that came out when it was working fine.

Did you take it apart recently? Did you do anything to the main valve? have you tried a different CO2 bottle?

no all i did was shoot it.. i just tried a new co2 tank and it works. so mabey it was just that the other one was bad... thanks
