If 'Liberal' programs are so good whay are they not 'voluntary' instead of mandatory?

If they were truely great people would be volunteering in droves instead of resisting, kinda makes you think.

What exactly are you complaining about now?

I am assuming this is an unemployment/social security/welfare rant in disguise. Anyone else have any bets?

Just a drug induced bordom subject statement, should be a simple premise for a journalist to decipher.

You're going to have to specify the programs you have a problem with.

Yeah, specific programs are going to be required here.

Social security? That's my guess.

Also, what drugs are you on now?

Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos.

I honestly get no pain killing effects from opiates. Never have and I doubt I ever will. Gotta love genetics.

Back to the topic though, what programs are we talking about?

Just the overall forced dependancy, where the Government feels they know better on how to plan your retirement, your health care, you overall benifits, all for a few tax dollars in return.

I'm confused as to what the government is doing to control your retirement or your overall benefits?

I get that you probably - wrongly - think the government controls your healthcare. But I don't get the other two.

Now, if I could have placed my Social Security, even a small percentage in a private interest bearing account, there would be more money in my 'social security lockbox'. The VA does have policies that will subject your service connected disability to review if you seek private consult or procedures. And yes, Obamacare through forced enrollment and now it is called a 'tax' is a control on your healthcare options.

Nobody is stopping you from investing your own money. You just also have to contribute to Social Security, as it is needed to maintain a stable society. Investing on your own is not illegal.

Also, nobody is controlling your healthcare other than insurance companies. You're allowed to go to any doctor you like. You have to pay for it, as your insurance company might not, but you're fine going to any specialist you want to. You just need the cash.

I fail to see how the government is "controlling" anything here.
