I bought this gun many years ago off a friend that no longer played, i was new to paintball and really wasnt sure on the quality or reliability of this gun. After doing some research i realized i got one hell of a deal and there were so many upgrades out there for my marker. Since then i have done a few mods;
- Trigger spring mod; after testing many springs i found that using a longer but lighter spring it gave me a way lighter pull with lots of response. you just have to watch when pulling the gun apart! - Fully polished internals; used two different kinds of sandpaper a lower grit at first to get the rough surface off then a higher grit + wet sand. Then finished it off with some good aluminum polish and lots of elbow grease to get that mirror finish. - Python barrel kit; well i purchased a used flatline from a paintball shop.. the guy told me it would fit my 98c but then i tried it and realized it was for a A-5. So i brought it back and traded it for the python kit. I still want to invest in a barrel but the python kit was defiantly an improvement in accuracy. I would recommend it to anyone.. except the people shooting back at me!! - 20oz and 12oz co2 tanks; well my 12oz tank expired so i picked up a 20oz. depending on what im playing its nice to have a smaller one (Canadian tire is dumb and fills it still, im just waiting for them to blow it up.. their good at that) -Custom camo paint; tell me what you think! -Mask painted ultra flat green. Im still going to purchase a new barrel since that what i wanted to do when i got the gun, i know my gun does not have any speed mods but im pretty happy with the setup i have right now. My fingers are my e trigger! with an e hopper ill be able to spit even more balls. |

Thanks!
Yeah its all pretty simple but it gets the job done. You can sink a lot of $ into paintball, something iv tried to stop myself from doing.. |
