OMG can't wait till the midnight showing of Fast Five! I have to get out to my garage, so I can mount my spoiler on my 93 civic! I don't want to guys at the ricer car meet before the movie, to make fun of me!

Our movie theater is less than a mile away from the UNOH campus which has a pretty large group of gearheads so I'm sure it'll be packed here. Chances of me seeing it at the actual theater are slim and non unless it morphs into a cartoon about singing dinasaurs or has penguins in it. Eh, I hate sequels so I won't watch it.
That said, Vin Diesel and Paul Walker are two actors good at taking mediocre crap and making it watchabke, so if your friends drag you out it shouldn't be utter torture. I just wonder how many fatality accidents will be happen from kids "racing" on their way home. |

Met the lead mechanic of the series a couple of years back. He and a buddy were out here making a movie (they are also roadies) and I was selling a car. One wanted it for his sun and used that mechanic to take a look at it. Got to talking and he was very meek about the whole experience. Went home and checked out some references to see if this guy was BS-ing me and sure enough, he wasn't.
I don't mind the series, they ditched most of the rice cars and brought it some nicely done vehicles. I wish so bad I could sell my current car as I built it when I was still in high school and it just SCREAMS rice-burner.

My friend told me it is definitely the best out of the series. The plot was even good, according to him. My girl is taking me to see it on my birthday. So I'll see for myself soon enough.
